Burhani Women's Association PDF

Burhani  Women's Association was formed by Aqa Moula (TUS) in 1391 H (1971 AD). Aai Saheba Amatullah Aaisaheba (QA) was appointed Chief Patron. After the sad passing of our beloved busaheba, Shehzadi Batul Bahensaheba was appointed Chief Patron of Burhani Women's Association. Today the organization as always aspires in her patronage to gain Aqa Moula's (TUS) blessings.

Objectives

Under the auspicious guidance of Aqa Moula Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin (TUS), the objectives of this association can be broadly defined as follows:

  • To initiate and participate in activities for the welfare, happiness and betterment of all muminaat women and their children
  • To help in the upliftment and progress of the community
  • To encourage muminaat women and their children to live and act in accordance to the Fatemi Culture
  • To enhance sisterly relationships between all muminaat women; locally and internationally
  • To encourage brotherly love between children of the community leading to more co-operation between them
  • To incite muminaat women towards the above mentioned deeds and formulate schemes and organize programs for them

Activities

These are some of the activities performed by Burhani Women's Association throughout the world are as follows:

  • Organization of Khushi Majalis on occasions such as Milad of Rasullah (SA), Milad of Imam uz Zaman (AS) and Milad of Aqa Maula (TUS)
  • Organization of Urs Majalis
  • Arranging sports functions, stage shows & other educational programs during Ayyam –al –Ta’abudaat (40 days of prayers between the Milad of Rasullah (SA) to Milad of Aqa Moula (TUS)
  • Benefiting the Amatullah Aai Memorial Trust with their humble offerings
  • Presenting Najwa during Ashara Mubarak
  • Arranging Niyaz food & also helping in its service
  • Preparation of Gilaaf (covers) for the qabr of Duat Mutlaqeen (RA)
  • Managing the Qarzan Hasanah schemes
  • Managing schemes to buy consumer goods for home
  • Managing a scheme to send mumineen for the ziyarat of Karbala
  • Reciting the Zikr (Marathiya) of Imam Husain (SA)
  • Learning the knowledge of Ale- Mohammed (SA) through participating in Sabaq
  • Doing the khidmat of giving Ghusul (bath) to the Maiyyat (deceased)
  • Publishing of educational newsletters & Manshuraat
  • Organizing of computer, sewing, knitting & cooking classes
