Dear Mumineen:
Further to my email last week, Janaab Amilsaab and the Mawaid committee members will be available at the Jamaat office every Saturday to facilitate the collection of the pledge amounts from Mumineen.
First of all we thank those 90 plus Mumineen who started payments towards the Mawaid during Ramzaan. and are still contributing. In addition several people started their contributions last week and we thank them too. It is with the Raza and Dua Mubarak of Aqa Maula (TUS), guidance of of Shz Malek-Ul-Ashtar Bhaisaheb Sujauddin DM, and your pledges, we had the confidence to start the project.
Now we have to finish what we started. We expect the project to last 10 months,
which means we have to come up with the entire project amount in this duration.
Several Munimeen had earlier made commitments with varying durations during
Ramzaan. Because of the current needs we appeal to them to crunch their payments
duration and thus increase their monthly payments.
The Board of Anjuman E Shujaee and Jamaat Ayaan have decided that by March 31st.
2010, the pledge amounts for those Mumineen, who have not started payment on
their pledge amounts, will be entered in the Jamaat accounts under a 10 month
payment plan. You are encouraged to come and finalize your payment plan with us
in case you cannot make the payment in 10 months.
You will also be receiving calls to setup appointments for Saturdays. If you
cannot make it on the day being requested then please setup an alternate time
for a meeting. If you have not started payment on your pledge amounts, showing
up for these appointments is mandatory for all Jamaat members so that your
payment plan can be documented. We have 4 hourly timeslots between 9am – 1-pm every Saturday. In order to reduce

Dear Mumineen:
With Dua and Raza Mubarak of Aqa Maula Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin Saheb (TUS) and under guidance of Shz Malek-Ul-Ashtar Bhaisaheb Sujauddin DM, the Mawaid project construction contract was awarded on the Urus Mubarak Day of Syedi Fakhruddin Shaheed RAW. Most of you must have noticed that the new Mawaid construction is already underway and the target is to have it completed by December this year. The project was awarded to Durotech who will be the General Contractor for this project. They are the same contractors who have built our existing Masjid.
All Mumineen families must have received a letter in late January with the revised pledge amounts. We now need Mumineen to bring their pledged amounts to fruition. Janaab Amilsaab and members of the Project team will be present at the Jamaat office in the Evaan on Saturday, February 20 between 9am to 1pm, so that Mumineen can come and either give us checks or sign up for ACH debit for their pledge amounts.
